Carong Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Carong platform (carong.biz) and all its services. "Carong", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating Carong. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any individual who uses or has registered on this platform.

By using the Carong website or app, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Carong is an entertainment platform offering Sports Betting and online gaming services. These services are intended for entertainment purposes only. Please be aware that betting carries the risk of financial loss.

To open an account with Carong, the following conditions must be met:

• Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

Withdrawal requests generally cannot be cancelled once submitted. Please double-check the amount and payment method before confirming.

Keep the following in mind when betting on Carong:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Odds can change at any time — the odds at the moment your bet is placed are final.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned mid-way, the outcome will be settled in accordance with Carong's policy.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• You cannot place a bet exceeding your account balance.

In the event of a lost internet connection during live betting, the last confirmed odds recorded on the betting platform will apply. Carong will not be liable for any losses resulting from live betting delays.

Carong offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following general terms apply to all such promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified number of wagers before withdrawal (typically 10x–30x).
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonuses must be used within a set time period after being credited, or they will expire.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Carong platform:

• Betting associated with match-fixing or deliberately influencing the outcome of an event.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Stealing or using another member's account credentials.
• Operating an account under a false identity or someone else's name.

If any such activity is detected, Carong reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit all balances. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

Carong reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• After an extended period of inactivity (typically 12 months).
• At your own request (self-exclusion).
• Upon a court order or at the request of a regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time. In that case, your verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to your payment method. Send your account closure request to support@carong.biz.

Carong places the highest importance on responsible betting. We believe betting is for entertainment, not a means of income. That's why we offer the following features:
